If something on a page is wrong, a calculator gives you a result that doesn’t look right, or you just have a question about kites or kiteboarding, email us directly: admin@kitemix.com. We read everything that comes in, though there is no guaranteed response time and no support team on the other end — just email.

What’s useful to include

• Tool feedback:name the specific calculator — Wind Speed Converter, Kiteboarding Kite Size Calculator, Kite Line Tension Calculator, Wind Window Calculator, Kite Altitude Calculator, or Beaufort Wind Scale Guide — and the inputs you used, so a reported issue can actually be checked.
• Content corrections: a link to the page and what looks wrong. Museum entries are sourced from Wikipedia and Wikimedia Commons, so a correction there may point back to the source.
• General questions: the blog and learn section may already cover it.

What we can’t do

We are not a manufacturer, retailer, or kiteboarding school, and we cannot give personal flying instruction, certify you to ride, or diagnose your specific gear. The calculators on this site produce estimates from established aerodynamic formulas and widely accepted flying conventions, not measurements or professional advice. Kiteboarding and power kiting carry real risk — for instruction and safety decisions, talk to a certified instructor and check conditions in person, not a website.
